These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Waybeez ("Waybeez," "we," "us," or "our"), a business-to-business software service that helps exporters discover and research international buyers using shipment and company data. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Waybeez is intended for businesses and professionals engaged in cross-border trade. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2. The service
Waybeez provides search, filtering, and company insights derived from bill of lading and related trade data, and may include third-party enrichment (for example, company profiles or contact information). Features and data availability may vary by subscription plan.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will meet your specific commercial outcomes.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Paddle). Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are shown at checkout. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel renewal according to the instructions provided by Paddle or in your account settings when available.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or outputs except as expressly permitted
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, or rate limits
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the security or operation of the service
- Use contact data in violation of applicable marketing, privacy, or anti-spam laws
5. Data accuracy and third-party sources
Trade and company data may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly aggregated. Waybeez is provided for research and lead generation only. You are solely responsible for verifying information and for your outreach, contracts, and compliance decisions. Third-party providers (including data and contact vendors) are subject to their own terms and accuracy limitations.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Waybeez platform, branding, and presentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription for your internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYBEEZ AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
