This Privacy Policy explains how Waybeez ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our B2B export buyer intelligence platform (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you sign in (for example, with Google), we receive identifiers and profile data such as your name, email address, and authentication tokens needed to operate your account.
Usage and technical data
We collect information about how you use the Service, including search queries, pages viewed, plan type, feature usage (such as contact lookups), IP address, browser type, and device information for security, analytics, and product improvement.
Payment information
Subscriptions are processed by Paddle. We do not store full payment card numbers. Paddle provides us with billing status, transaction references, and customer identifiers linked to your subscription.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and enforce plan limits
- Process subscriptions and support billing
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Trade and company data in the Service
Waybeez displays shipment and buyer data compiled from public and licensed sources, and may enrich records using third-party business data providers. This data is not personal data you submit about yourself; it describes companies and trade activity. You are responsible for using exported or contacted leads in compliance with applicable laws.

Waybeez는 회원이 무역 거래 상대의 담당자에게 연락할 수 있도록, RocketReach 등 비즈니스 연락처 제공사로부터 담당자 정보를 수집·표시할 수 있습니다.
- 수집 항목: 이름, 직함, 회사, 지역, 업무용 이메일
- 이용 목적: 회원이 수출·수입 거래 상대 담당자에게 연락하기 위함
- 보관: 담당자 검색 결과는 최대 30일, 이메일 조회 결과는 최대 90일 보관하며, 기간이 지나면 다음 요청 시 갱신될 수 있습니다. 동일 기간 동안 다른 회원과 공유 캐시로 재사용될 수 있습니다.
- 삭제 요청: support@ladinglabs.com 으로 요청해 주세요. 삭제 후에는 해당 담당자 정보를 다시 수집하거나 표시하지 않습니다.
Business contact details
Waybeez may collect and display business contact details from providers such as RocketReach so members can reach counterparties for trade.
- Data: name, title, company, location, work email
- Purpose: enabling members to contact trade counterparties
- Retention: search results up to 30 days; email reveals up to 90 days; may refresh on the next request after expiry; may be reused via a shared cache among members during those windows
- Deletion:email support@ladinglabs.com. After deletion we do not collect or display that contact's information again.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the Service (for example, hosting, authentication, payments, and contact enrichment), under contractual confidentiality obligations
- Professional advisors when required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes
- Authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We do not sell your account information to data brokers.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with providers such as:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- Google (OAuth sign-in)
- Paddle (payments and subscription management)
- RocketReach and similar vendors (company and contact enrichment, when enabled)
Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies when you use related features.
6. Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International users
If you access the Service from outside the country where our infrastructure is located, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
